Gemma works with major developers, employers, and public-sector partners including Mace, Berkeley Homes, Veolia, Mitie, Compass Group, OCS, and British Land, ensuring local residents directly benefit from regeneration and major infrastructure investment, generating thousands of job opportunities each week.

Community & Board Leadership

Gemma holds multiple leadership and governance roles, including:

  • Founder & Director of Young Creative Careers Skills Centre CIC, which provides accredited training, mentoring, and industry access for underrepresented young people across music, media, and the arts.

  • Board Member of Camden Giving, where she helps award over £500,000 in participatory community grants supporting equality, youth safety, and anti-poverty projects.
